UBS — The power of perspectives
Challenge:
How do you make employees within the wealth management sector aware of unconscious bias, both for how they perceive their clients and their own colleagues?
Creative concept:
Look beyond
Solution:
A growing body of evidence shows that by seeing the fuller picture you can create better results based on better understanding, improved relationships and more informed and balanced decision-making.
The campaign idea is based on looking beyond what you first see and think. It is aimed at encouraging people to think twice and take a broader more informed perspective.
This is done using a combination of powerful thought provoking photography and questions that encourage employees to question their snap judgements.
