Nailista — Making luxury accessible
MW Nails is a luxury nail salon, they realised that there was a gap in the market for a brand that could offer reliable, affordable treatments as well as being accessible and have broader appeal.
Challenge:
Create a new type of nail salon with a feel good feminine space and promote aspirational but achievable indulgence. It also needed to be easy to roll out across multiple locations.
Creative concept:
A meeting place, somewhere people can come together, interact, share, and treat themselves.
Solution:
This concept was brought to life through marbling; the swirling and mixing colours. Typographer Michał Jarociński was commissioned to create a set of bespoke ligatures to compliment the brand idea of ‘togetherness’ and the blending of words created a unique tone of voice.
We worked with an interior designer on the store design, carefully selecting materials and finishes to complete the Nailista brand.
