Bronze Buildings Bankside pitch — Where have you been?
Challenge:
To attract commercial tenants (creative, media or finance) who have previously resided in the City or East London, to relocate to Bankside in Landsec’s newest development.
Creative concept:
Creating a sense of FOMO – Where have you been?
Solution:
Bankside has moved on from its historic past and has become a thriving cultural hub. All the big players (Omnicom, News International WPP and Ogilvy), already know this and have made Bankside their home, so the campaign plays to people’s sense of FOMO of being left behind the trend setters and asks ‘Where have you been?’.
