Buckingham Gate is a luxuriously finished building with a hotel-style concierge service that distinguishes it from other new developments in the area.
Challenge:
To get the Buckingham Gate development back on the letting agents radar, to promote the remaining floors of the building.

Solution:
To attract and inspire agents from around London, a grand budapest hotel themed experience was held to highlight how the experience of being in the building, is very similar to that of staying in a high end hotel.
The space was dressed, and food and drink was carefully selected. Hotel style key cards formed the invitation, actors were employed as bell boys, Buckingham Gate-themed newspapers published, a gin bar installed, a speakeasy and hotel inspired branded giveaways were produced.
